TEAM LEADER

Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets. • Monitor daily team performance and prepare performance reports. • Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work. • Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback. • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations. • Resolve team-related issues and support team members. • Track productivity, attendance, and overall team performance. • Train and guide new team members. • Maintain discipline and promote a positive work environment. • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to motivate team members and improve productivity. Qualifications & Experience • Education: Graduate in any discipline. • Experience: 1–5 years in operations, team management, Intake Sales, or a relevant field. • Previous experience in handling and managing a team will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
