Guaranteed Minimum 32 Hours per week over 4 days - shifts available:

Sunday - Wednesday

Wednesday - Saturday

Friday - Monday

Sun - Tues & Thursday

Overtime is available and we pay 125% for hours worked over 40

• Lead and motivate a production team
• Deliver daily production and quality targets
• Promote health and safety standards
• Coach and develop colleagues
• Monitor productivity and performance
• Drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, hands-on approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to support weekend operations
