Job Summary

The Team Leader / Counter Leader is responsible for:

• Ensuring counter operations follow SOP.
• Supervising and training promoters.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Ensure the selling floor and storeroom are in tidy condition, according to SOP.
• Conduct promotion sales.
• Manage daily sales to achieve targets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in retail / F&B / customer service (supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Some travelling outstation.
