About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – DPR Projects to lead and manage Detailed Project Report (DPR) assignments for road and highway infrastructure projects.

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years of experience in infrastructure consultancy, with strong expertise in Road/Highway DPR preparation, project coordination, technical correspondence, and client/stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Road/Highway DPR projects from inception through completion.
• Review and supervise technical deliverables related to road DPR assignments.
• Coordinate with clients, government departments, authorities, and internal technical teams.
• Handle official correspondence, technical letters, submissions, replies, approvals, and project documentation.
• Review DPR reports, drawings, estimates, BOQs, and other technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including highway, traffic, structures, geotechnical, drainage, survey, and environmental teams.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Prepare and review progress reports, MIS, project trackers, and management reports.
• Review project data and prepare analytical reports using MS Excel.
• Identify technical and project-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IRC, MoRTH, and relevant road/highway standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with senior client/government officials.

Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Additional qualifications in Highway Engineering / Transportation Engineering will be an advantage.

Required Experience

• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience in civil/road/highway infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in consultancy.
• Strong and demonstrable experience in Road/Highway DPR projects is mandatory.
• Experience in handling client/government correspondence and official project communication.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with government authorities/clients.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Road & Highway DPR preparation and review.
• Good understanding of road alignment, geometric design, pavement, traffic, drainage, surveys, BOQ, and cost estimation.
• Good knowledge of IRC and MoRTH standards/specifications.
• Strong MS Excel skills for project reporting, data analysis, MIS, and project tracking.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation and technical reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience on projects involving NHAI, MoRTH, State PWD, road development authorities, or major highway consultancy assignments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
