Team Leader (e-commerce)

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage the e-commerce team to achieve sales and operational targets.

• Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, promotions, and product variations.
• Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, cancellations, ratings, and account health.
• Analyse marketplace performance, competitor pricing, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, accounts, customer support.
• Monitor advertising performance, including ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS, and coordinate with the ads team for improvement.
• Handle marketplace issues, seller support cases, listing errors, and policy-related concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
• Maintain proper inventory planning and ensure products remain available during sales and promotional periods.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and deliver results under deadlines.
• Minimum 5 year of experience
