Team Leader - Electrical Systems & Racks

We are looking for a Team Leader – Electrical Systems & Racks to join the Engineering & Systems Factory at ELTA Systems, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) .

The position includes:

• Managing a development team responsible for racks, electrical systems, and integrated subsystems

• Taking full responsibility for the development lifecycle, from system definition and design through system integration

• Managing and coordinating parallel activities in the mechanical and quality disciplines

• Managing work plans, schedules, and development activities

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering , specializing in Power Engineering – Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in systems development within the defense industry – Mandatory

Chief Electrician License – Mandatory

• High level of English, including reading, writing, and speaking – Mandatory

• Willingness to travel abroad – Mandatory

Electrical Engineer License – Advantage
