Minimum Qualifications

• Must have at least three month TGASK experience
• Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. but only with assistance of other team member or mechanical equipment
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twist
• Good organizational skills
• Must have received no written corrective action
• Basic leadership and computer skills
• Must have six points or less under Company’s Attendance Control System
• Basic knowledge of TPS

Responsibilities Item Description Ensure Safety

Perform pre-shift and post-shift checks

Equipment readiness prior to shift

Coordination of maintenance issues

Leading problem solving activities

Ability to perform all jobs; Relief work when necessary

Familiar with QC items

Perform quality checks (F / L piece checks

Process Condition Standards

Standardized Work training; Standardized Work Verification

Troubleshooting for Team Members

Ensure 5S rules are followed; Kaizen

Team Member rotation; Team Member training; update training matrix

Kanban System (rules and processing); Monthly Kanban adjustments

Ensure production numbers are met

Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties; other duties as assigned
