The Position

• Develop, manage and support a team of operations professionals
• Manage customer escalations and relationship building
• Seek potential upsell opportunities
• Oversee the daily activities of the team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure profits are maximised and team productivity is achieved
• Step into Operations roles when needed
• Provide necessary training & introduce new processes where required
• Provide new solutions and a fresh outlook

The Requirements

• Proven success in a senior operations role within international freight forwarding
• Excellent organisational and relationship management skills
• Complete understanding of Australian regulatory requirements
• Become a key motivator of the team
• Fulltime working rights within Australia
