Team Leader - Gibraltar

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Ship Agency team in Gibraltar. Working with the Agency Manager, you will help coordinate daily operations, guide team members, and ensure port calls are managed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

What would your day at GAC look like?

• Support the Agency Manager in coordinating the Ship Agency team’s daily work and provide guidance to team members.
• Arrange vessel arrivals and departures with port authorities and other relevant parties.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate port call cost records and operational documentation.
• Visit vessels and coordinate local requirements.

Job Requirements What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in shipping, maritime operations, or ship agency is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A full driving license and access to a car.
