NOW HIRING: TEAM LEADER – HR DATA MANAGEMENT

Location: Inoza Tower, 40th St., BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Employment: Full-time
Shifts:

• US Support: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 10:00 PM–7:00 AM MNL
• International Support: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM MNL
• Schedule may be Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday depending on support requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily HR data management and employee lifecycle operations.
• Oversee talent, onboarding, hiring, and offboarding processes.
• Manage case distribution, ticket management, workload, and team utilization.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for HR process-related concerns.
• Monitor team performance, quality, SLAs, and service delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Support training, onboarding, and competency development initiatives.
• Prepare and evaluate HR reports, workload metrics, and service-level performance.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, processes, and HR tools.
• Collaborate with HR partners and global stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Handle individual and ad hoc HR data management tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:

  • People management
  • HR management
  • End-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Ticket/case management
  • Direct handling of international candidates
  • Shared services environment

• Experience leading teams in a global/shared services environment.

• Strong knowledge of talent, onboarding, and employee lifecycle data management.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, hiring/ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.

• Experience managing performance, quality, and SLA metrics.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different geographies.

• Experience in multicultural and fast-paced environments is an advantage.

• Willing to support CET/AEST schedules when required.

• Workday or other HRIS/ATS experience is highly preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills.
