Experience: 2+ years in Motor Insurance Sales; prior team-handling experience preferred

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and guide a team of Motor Insurance Sales Executives while driving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team and individual performance across connectivity, lead conversion, policy issuance, renewals and revenue; allocate leads effectively and identify performance gaps.

• Coach team members through regular feedback, refresher training and call monitoring; ensure adherence to approved sales processes and pitch.

• Ensure accurate communication of policy benefits, coverage, premium and terms; handle escalations and support effective objection resolution and follow-ups.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports and drive improvements in conversion, productivity, quality and overall team efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines and internal quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance, including New Business and Renewal, with a good understanding of products, coverage and basic policy terms.

• Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling and customer-conversion skills.

• Proven team management and leadership ability; able to coach, motivate and drive performance.

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve ambitious targets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent MS Excel and performance-reporting capability.

• Ability to monitor sales calls and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

• IRDAI certification is a plus.
