What you will do:
- Review agent performance results daily to ensure all goals are met or exceeded
- Analyze and trend agent KPI/Sales performance
- Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for effective coaching and performance improvement
- Monitor and assess employee calls for performance improvement plans
- Building effective working relationships, drive individual responsibility and accountability, and contribute to the site’s successful performance

Who we’re looking for:
At least 1 yr of BPO Team Leader/Operations Supervisor experience
Preferably with experience in consumer electronics and tech is a plus
Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule
Amenable to report at VXI MOA, Pasay
