Experience: 1.5–2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi & Kannada

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
• Motivate team members and maintain a positive working environment.
• Train and guide new and existing team members.
• Track daily work, attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Resolve team-related issues and coordinate with management.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure company policies and work processes are followed.

Requirements

• 1.5–2 years of experience in a Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take responsibility.
