Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with team building and leadership development programs.
