Team Leader - Operations

Svaika is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets
• Track daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Train and coach team members to improve their sales performance
• Support the team in handling customers and closing important deals
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively
• Coordinate with management and ensure smooth sales operations
• Maintain a positive, professional, and target-driven work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or team management
• Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader / Senior Sales Executive preferred
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to train, guide, and motivate a sales team
• Good understanding of sales processes and lead conversion
