Job Overview

ELD Nexa Technologies LLP is hiring experienced Team Leaders for both Sales and Customer Support roles under our US Voice Process. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of Team Leading experience specifically in the ELD (Electronic Logging Device) campaign.

We are looking for motivated professionals with strong leadership, team management, and performance-monitoring skills who can drive team productivity, achieve business targets, and maintain high-quality standards.

Available Positions

• Sales Team Leader – ELD Campaign
• Customer Support Team Leader – ELD Campaign

Roles & Responsibilities

For Sales Team Leader:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team handling the US-based ELD campaign.
• Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, productivity, and target achievement.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales techniques, objection handling, and closure rates.
• Track team performance and prepare daily sales reports.
• Handle escalations and support team members in achieving sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to campaign guidelines and quality standards.

For Customer Support Team Leader:

• Lead and supervise customer support executives handling the US-based ELD campaign.
• Monitor call quality, productivity, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.
• Coach team members to improve communication, product knowledge, and customer handling.
• Maintain daily performance reports and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of Team Leader experience in the ELD (Electronic Logging Device) campaign is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in ELD Sales or ELD Customer Support, depending on the position applied for.
• Prior experience in a US Voice Process is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to monitor performance, handle escalations, and achieve business objectives.
• Must be comfortable working in a fixed night shift.

Employment Requirements

• Excellent communication skill in English & Hindi
• Age - 18 years to 40 years
• Graduates Or Undergraduates both can apply
• Fixed night shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Important: Only candidates with prior ELD campaign Team Leading experience of at least 6 months will be considered.
