Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Team Leader – Recruitment* to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in staffing/recruitment, and the ability to achieve hiring targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

* Assign job requirements and monitor recruiters' performance.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and positions.

* Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.

* Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.

* Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

* Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports and daily hiring trackers.

* Monitor recruiter productivity and implement strategies to improve performance.

* Ensure a smooth interview, selection, and onboarding process.

* Maintain high standards of candidate experience and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
