Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day work
• Timely reporting of Metrics and updating related quality tools/ trackers for deliverables
• Setting performance goals for the team
• Ensure appropriate distribution of work among direct reports
• Ensure proper communication with Client (as applicable)
• Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are maintained as per contractual agreement
• Perform annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback to the team
• Reporting to their supervisor on performance, status and any escalations for the team
• Responsible for motivation and retention of the team
• Communication of Resource issues / Resignations / Absconder to supervisor
• Managing assessment and development of team members
• Ensure audit readiness at all times
• Ensure adherence to internal and client procedures for self and team
• Ensuring training compliance and proper documentation is maintained in line with Global Training Plan / Global Training Transcript for self and team
• Lead / guide associates in process improvement initiatives in agreement with Client

Required Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate / Doctorate degree in Life sciences / Science / Health care / Pharmacy / Medical sciences or equivalent degree
• Minimum 3 years of total PV experience from which minimum 1 year of experience in Team Leader/Team Coordinator role
• Fluency in English
