Team Leader Program Management

• To study understand customer requirements
• To form program execution team
• To plan and make sure all resources required are made available in time
• Ensure team is properly trained to execute program requirement
• Organise periodic review meetings and update progress and concerns to management
• To ensure that program is delivered in time as per MDS and also within budget and agreed quality standards
• Ensure that customer milestones are completely adhered
• To ensure that agreed customer requirements are met to their satisfaction
• Developing and approving IMS documents where required
• Identifying IMS related problems encountered in the area of activity
• Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety
• Initiating, recommending and providing solutions through designated channels
• Verifying the effectiveness of solutions implemented
• Control of nonconforming products/activities in the area

Team Member Program Management

• Data Control BOM generation after Business won
• Study tool design requirement CAD data
• RM control and planning, PFC, PFMEA, CP, DVP, MSA, PPAP documents
• Quality, layout inspection, MSA planning, product validation, supplier upgradation
• Feedback countermeasure required for any abnormality during project development stage
• Testing measurements
• Cpk calculation product approval from customers
• Tracking of tooling status as per plan schedules after approvals from the customer (if required) information to all concerned
• Final signoff by Unit before Mould buyoff
• Tracking of inspection fixtures with QA
• Regularly conduct project review meetings with the CFT members
• New development change management for tools follow-up of timelines with all the concerned to ensure product quality from mould, mould maintenance procedures plan to be finalised
• Arrange PPAP PSW documentation approval from customer for all outsourced parts information to all concerned

Team Member Tooling

• Study the tool design requirement
• CAD review initial tooling feasibility along with MIND
• Cost estimation verification as per project plan
• Follow up the Master Development Schedule (MDS) for part design
• Material procurement
• BOP planning as per customer master plan
• Development without any major failure cost leading to poor quality
• Adherence to customer schedule
