Team Leader С++

Responsibilities: Own communication with stakeholders and other teams, structure requirements, set priorities, and assure delivery commitments.

• Manage the team effectively, understanding each member's strengths and weaknesses, and assign tasks based on their abilities and development goals
• Own team capacity planning—tracking load, forecasting needs, and ensuring new hires, processes and tools are in place before capacity becomes a bottleneck
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and implement measures to improve team performance as needed

Requirements Experience facilitating performance reviews, feedback sessions, and professional development planning.

• Experience conducting code reviews focused on maintaining quality and supporting engineers' growth
• Proven experience participating in hiring and interviews to help build strong, well-balanced teams
• Understanding of Linux system
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Ability to design and oversee the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Decent level of written and spoken English to work in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency
• Experience in HFT, telecommunication, game development, or any other field that works with limited resources and optimization
• Solid understanding of modern C++ development and engineering processes
• Knowledge of networks and interaction protocols
• Proficient in using version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
