Team leader sales supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and achievement of sales targets.

* Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities.

* Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee merchandising.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.

* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a positive shopping experience.

* Analyse sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

* Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and sales strategies.

* Handle cash management, including till reconciliation and banking.

Pay: £31,500.00 per year
