Job Summary

VDP MANAGEMENT LIMITED has growing in business and in an expansion plan to add another co-op store. We need Team leader who can take a assist the store manager in functioning the retail business operation and drive the growth at the same time serving the local community with their needs.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary from £32000 per annum

Work hours: Full time (40 to 48 hours )

Location: Brackley

Duties

• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure proper stock availability.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Ensure hours of operation are in compliance with local laws.
• Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Create employee schedules, manage labor costs, and optimize staffing levels based on business needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Skill Requirements:

• Previous experience preferable in retail
• Passionate about delivering the high standards of customer service
• Good Communication skill
• Process orientated
