Team Leader

Experience: 1–2 Years (BPO experience preferred)
Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC/month

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Coach and support team members to improve performance.
• Handle customer and process escalations.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with management.

Supervisor

Experience: 1–2 Years (BPO experience preferred)
Salary: Up to 28,000 CTC/month

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day team operations.
• Ensure adherence to process and quality standards.
• Monitor team productivity and attendance.
• Resolve operational issues and support the team.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader and management for smooth operations.

Preferred Candidate:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a BPO environment.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
