About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader Training and Flight Operations Administration for a full-time role based in Brisbane, Cairns, or remotely.

The successful candidate will lead and support the Training and Flight Operations Administration team, ensuring the efficient delivery of operational and administrative services while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and support the Flight Operations Administration team.

·       Coordinate crew training, qualifications, and compliance activities.

·       Manage crew rostering and manpower planning to meet operational requirements.

·       Maintain accurate training, licensing, and regulatory records.

·       Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support Flight Operations.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

About You

• Experience in flight operations administration, crew rostering, or training coordination within an airline or aviation operational environment.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Sound knowledge of rostering systems, fatigue risk management, and workforce planning.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
