What you will do:

• Review agent performance results daily to ensure all goals are met or exceeded
• Analyze and trend agent KPI/Sales performance
• Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for effective coaching and performance improvement
• Monitor and assess employee calls for performance improvement plans
• Building effective working relationships, drive individual responsibility and accountability, and contribute to the site’s successful performance

Who we’re looking for:

• At least 1 yr of BPO Team Leader/Operations Supervisor experience
• Preferably has background in chat/email
• Amenable to work on a graveyard shift
• Amenable to report at VXI Bridgetowne
• Can start ASAP
