We're searching for someone who is:
- College graduate or college-level (preferred)
- Experienced in customer service, cafés, restaurants, or the food & beverage industry
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and motivating a team
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
- Organized, dependable, and great at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in communicating in English, both spoken and written
- A proactive problem solver with strong decision-making skills
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
- Stay active during shifts, lift supplies, and work comfortably in a busy café
- Maintains a pristine, professional appearance in line with food service hygiene standards.
- Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating exceptional customer experiences
