We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to join our team!

Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the technical team to achieve project objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from development to delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, operations, and management teams.
• Review technical designs, project specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and team performance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage project priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct technical reviews and support team members in resolving challenges.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and workplace safety requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
