What You’ll Do

As a Shift Lead, you’ll support the Store Manager and help lead a team that delivers awesome service and the freshest pretzels around. You’ll be a hands-on leader, a motivator, and a key part of keeping the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate crew members
• Help with scheduling and daily shift operations
• Create a fun, positive work vibe for both team and guests
• Handle register operations, cash handling, and deposits
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering
• Act as Manager-on-Duty when needed
• Represent the Wetzel’s brand with energy, friendliness, and quality

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (preferred, but not required for quick learners!)
• Leadership, shift supervisor, or team lead experience is a plus
• Fast learner with a go-getter attitude
• Strong communicator who works well with people
• Ready to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (background check required)
