- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates while maintaining high-quality service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency gains.
- Analyze performance metrics such as CSAT, SLA compliance, and customer feedback to optimize agent training programs and improve overall team performance.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective escalation procedures.
