Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage team performance, monitor operational metrics, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Track and manage attrition and shrinkage.
• Monitor and improve key KPI & KRA parameters.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with management for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of relevant Team Leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of Attrition & Shrinkage management.
• Good understanding of KPI & KRA.
• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage targets and deliver results.
