About us

We're a marketing company based in Liverpool City Centre. We've been active in the Liverpool market for the last three months, working with clients to win new customers through our campaigns.

We're now at an exciting stage. Demand from clients is growing, and we're scaling the team to meet it. To do that, we're looking for Team Managers to lead new and existing teams, shape how we work and grow with the business from the ground up.

We believe in hiring and developing our people internally, so as we grow, so do the opportunities for the people who help build the business.

The role

We're looking for a Team Manager to lead a small team of sales representatives. You'll coach your team day to day, hit shared targets and play a part in recruiting and developing new starters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of sales representatives
• Set daily and weekly targets and track performance against them
• Coach and train new team members on the job
• Take part in interviewing and onboarding new starters
• Report on team performance to senior management
• Represent the company and our clients professionally at all times

About you

• Right to work in the UK (essential)
• No previous sales experience needed. We train and develop our people from within, and results matter most
• Open to coaching and feedback, with a genuine desire to learn and improve
• Strong work ethic, and driven to hit targets and keep raising the standard
• Confident communicator, resilient and motivated by working with people
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or training others is a bonus, but not essential

Pay and benefits

• Starting salary of £26,000 per year
• On-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000 per year including performance-based bonus or commission
• progression is centred around results
