About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Team Lead with strong experience in a SaaS product-based company to lead teams, manage product-related initiatives, and drive successful delivery of SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with B2B/B2C SaaS products, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team working on SaaS product development and delivery.
• Take ownership of product-related projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
• Understand customer requirements and translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks, features, and product improvements based on business and customer needs.
• Monitor project/product timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, track progress, and resolve operational or technical blockers.
• Work closely with senior management to define priorities, milestones, and product goals.
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality product releases and timely resolution of product-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain product/project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase team productivity and product efficiency.
• Participate in product demonstrations, client discussions, requirement-gathering meetings, and stakeholder reviews when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in a SaaS product-based company.
• Candidates must have experience working with a SaaS product/product company.
• Experience in managing or leading a team is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and product lifecycle.
• Experience working on B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• Strong stakeholder and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within timelines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a growing SaaS/product startup or technology product organization.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, FinTech, EdTech, MarTech, or other B2B SaaS products will be an advantage.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is preferred.

Important Candidate Requirement

Candidates from SaaS / Product-Based Companies are preferred.

Candidates should have demonstrable experience working on a SaaS product, rather than only providing IT services or working on client-based service projects.
