About you:

You don’t need previous management experience, this could be your first step into a leadership role, and we will support you every step of the way.

We will support you to build your confidence in leading a team, helping with day-to-day support, monthly support and development meetings with your team, carrying out quality checks, and developing others.

Do you have:

  • around two years’ experience in social care, ideally in supported living, residential, or community services. You will have an understanding of managing risk and recognising when someone needs extra support.
  • have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and Leadership & Management, or be willing to work towards it with our support.
  • an understanding of key legislation, such as the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding
  • confidence using systems like Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and care management systems.

Are you:

  • organised, able to keep accurate records, and understand the importance of good documentation and confidentiality.
  • kind, positive, a great listener and communicator, and someone who genuinely cares about people while staying flexible in your approach.
  • ready for a role where you can lead a team and make a real impact on people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.
