Team Manager, Group Invoicing (Fee Billing)

Working hours: 9am – 6pm

Region: Europe (e.g. Luxembourg, Ireland, Switzerland)

What will you do?

• Business planning and general management.
• Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Team.
• Develops Others: Coaches for High Performance / Builds Future Capabilities / Team Development.
• Ensure employees understand our vision, as well as support and reinforce client focused behaviours that contribute to CACEIS goals.
• Develop talent management & succession planning strategies that ensure we attract, retain and grow top talent at all levels in the organization.
• Provide Support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
• Provide support to clients when expertise is required.
• Ensure collaborative relationships across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• At least 5 years of people management experience in related processes and industry
• Experience in client billing process and account receivables process
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services)
• Experience in People Management and People Development
• Understanding and application of Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement with client
• Growth & Risk mindset

Nice-to-have

• Understanding of Products offered to clients and their operational nature
• Experience in managing difficult conversation/conflict
• Experience in SQL or Excel VBA
• Experience in leading changes, initiative and projects
