- Identify and plan staffing requirements to meet service and cost KPIs
- Train and upskill team members to ensure coverage across peak activity and operational demands
- Analyse QA, fulfilment and dispatch data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with Inventory and Inbound teams to optimise product flow and picking efficiencies
- Lead and engage the dispatch team, fostering strong collaboration with other Fulfilment Centre teams
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety, wellbeing and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging team feedback, new ideas and better ways of working
If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within FMCG, supply chain or a high‑volume operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutions

- Demonstrated understanding of key drivers of success within teams to enable achievement of organisational goals. Ability to think and plan goals in the long term as well as the present
- High School Certificate and/or qualifications in Business, Management or Logistics (preferred)
