About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and passionate people to join the Kingpins Bowl team.

This is a varied, customer-facing role covering bar, reception, hosting and cleaning. You will be one of the main points of contact for our customers, helping to create a fun, welcoming and enjoyable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Bar & Food

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Take and serve food and drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar.
• Follow food hygiene, licensing and health & safety procedures.

Reception & Hosting

• Welcome and greet customers.
• Assist with bookings, check-ins and general enquiries.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about our activities.
• Promote activities, offers, food and drinks.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the venue.

Cleaning & Closedown

• Clean and maintain the venue throughout your shift.
• Clear tables and customer areas.
• Keep the bar, reception, floors and other areas clean and tidy.
• Complete the full nightly clean and closedown when working closing shifts.
• Ensure the venue is left clean, safe and ready for the following day.

General Duties

• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Report any issues to management
• Work as part of a team and assist across different areas when required.
• Follow company procedures and uniform standards.
• Arrive on time and be ready to work.

Previous hospitality, bar or customer service experience is desirable but full training will be provided.

Hours & Availability:

We are open 7 days a week and offer part-time hours, including weekend-only positions, with the possibility of progressing to full-time.

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
