Neko Ramen & Rice is a modern Japanese ramen restaurant in Denver serving ramen, rice bowls, and appetizers in a casual, welcoming environment.

We operate in a fast-casual style: guests order first, then take a seat while our team prepares and delivers their food to the table.

We’re looking for dependable, energetic team members who work well with others and are comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you’ll support both front-of-house and kitchen operations. Depending on the shift, you may take orders, assist guests, prepare food, deliver meals, organize pickup orders, and help keep the restaurant clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service
• Take and process orders accurately
• Answer basic menu questions
• Prepare and assemble food according to restaurant standards
• Deliver food to tables
• Organize takeout and online pickup orders
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Restock supplies as needed
• Support other team members during busy periods
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 16 years old
• English required; Spanish is a plus
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required — training is provided
