About the Role

As a Team Member, you’ll be part of the team responsible for delivering the llaollao experience to every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving frozen yogurt desserts according to llaollao standards
• Assisting customers and providing friendly, efficient service
• Handling basic store operations and assigned tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation of the store
• Following food safety and company standards
• Working closely with your teammates to ensure smooth store operations
• Helping create a positive experience for every customer

Full training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For

• High school or senior high school graduate, or equivalent
• Previous experience in the food or food & beverage industry is a big plus!
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Open to feedback and committed to improving
• Must be willing and able to work on weekends and holidays
• Willing to work flexible or shifting schedules
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus

• Abreeza Mall
• NCCC Mall Maa
