Position Summary
The Team Member provides excellent guest service while preparing and serving food, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, accurate service
- Prepare food and beverages according to standards
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with other team members and managers
- Complete opening, closing, and side work as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexible availability
