RioZonas Açaí – Team Member (Full-Time / Part-Time)

RioZonas Açaí is looking for friendly, energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our growing team!

We are looking for people with strong communication skills and advanced customer service abilities who understand how to create a great experience for every customer.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Communicate confidently and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, coffee, and other menu items following RioZonas standards.
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations about our products.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work to find solutions when needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
• Prep fruits, toppings, and ingredients while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

• Previous experience in customer service, restaurants, cafés, or food service is a plus.
• Able to work at least 3 days per week.
• Available for part-time or full-time positions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
