Team Member

Novara Consulting Group is hiring a motivated Team Member. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, driven, and interested in developing valuable professional skills in a customer-focused environment.

As a Team Member, you will play an important role in supporting customer interactions, representing client solutions, and helping create positive experiences. This position provides hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do as a Team Member

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and solution-focused manner.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and solutions to help meet their needs.
• Identify customer goals and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Support daily team objectives and contribute to company initiatives and overall success.
• Maintain accurate customer information while following established processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to create positive customer experiences and strengthen team performance.
• Continue developing valuable skills in communication, sales, and leadership through hands-on experience.

Qualifications We Value in a Team Member

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and building positive relationships.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to contribute effectively in a team-focused environment.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
