What they need
Leafguard prevents water damage, protects foundations, and eliminates the need to ever balance on a ladder with a garden hose again. Refine Legacy, Inc. is a sales and development firm seeking a Full-time Team Member to engage with customers in person and showcase exterior home protection that works year-round.
As a Team Member, you’ll represent Leafguard by showing customers how better gutter protection can take one more annoying chore off the list. You’ll discuss keeping debris out, helping prevent water from collecting where it shouldn’t, and reducing the need to climb ladders. The Team Member then turns those concerns into conversations, develops opportunities, and helps drive enrollment growth with a professional touch and just enough personality.
Responsibilities of the Team Member
- Talk to customers in person about their concerns, subtly showing how Leafguard’s seamless gutters help keep their home dry and secure.
- Share how Leafguard’s gutters prevent debris buildup in person, reducing water damage risks and ensuring their homes stay safe from structural issues.
- Explain ladder safety in a simple way in person, emphasizing how Leafguard’s low-maintenance design means less risky climbing and easier upkeep.
- Focus on home protection, illustrating how Leafguard preserves their home’s value by preventing water intrusion and foundation problems.
- Offer practical tips on how Leafguard can be part of their home maintenance routine, making exterior protection simple and effective.
- Answer questions with clarity and confidence, emphasizing the safety, convenience, and protective benefits of Leafguard’s systems.
Qualifications of the Team Member
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Genuine interest in customer service, or home improvement is a plus.
- Works well with fellow Team Members to achieve collective enrollment targets.
- Genuine interest in helping customers that leads to enrollment opportunities.
- Ability to build trust that supports both service quality and customer enrollment outcomes.
