Team Member

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Leeds location.

You’ll help with daily operations, support customers and work alongside colleagues to maintain a welcoming, efficient environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work, meeting new people and contributing to a shared goal.

Previous experience isn’t essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and providing helpful service
• Answering questions and responding to requests
• Supporting daily operational tasks
• Preparing and organising work areas
• Processing orders or transactions accurately
• Replenishing supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Following company procedures and safety guidance
• Communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors
• Helping the team manage busy periods
• Resolving straightforward customer concerns
• Contributing to individual and team targets
