Restaurant Team Member – Night Shift

Zio Al’s Pizza & Pasta – Katy, TX

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Night Shift Team Member to join our kitchen team. This is a fast-paced position, and team members may be trained to work multiple stations.

Positions / Stations

• Pizza Cook – Stretch dough, make pizzas, prep ingredients, and work the pizza oven.
• Fryer – Prepare wings, fries, pasta, salads, subs, and other menu items.
• Cut Table / Expo – Cut and finish pizzas, assemble orders, check accuracy, and prepare orders for customers and delivery drivers.

Schedule

Night Shift: approximately 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

• Must be available for late-night shifts
• Weekend availability is required
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Work quickly and accurately during busy periods
• Check orders carefully before they leave the kitchen
• Complete prep and restocking throughout the shift
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Clean and restock your station before leaving
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help teammates when needed
• Complete closing and cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we can train the right person
• Pizza, fryer, or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work until 3:00 AM
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork
• Willing to learn multiple kitchen stations
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
