Team Member

The Team Member role is integral to maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced food service environment. Working within a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members, you will engage regularly with customers to ensure a positive dining experience. This position involves a variety of tasks, including kitchen duties, cash handling, and direct customer service, often utilizing retail POS systems and communication platforms. Flexibility to work mandatory weekends is expected to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through regular interaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Perform kitchen duties such as pizza building, fry cooking, and food prep
• Serve customers and operate as a cashier
• Maintain cleanliness by dishwashing and prepping workstations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Utilize retail POS systems for order processing and communication
• Work mandatory weekends and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in food service and customer service
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) operation
• Strong teamwork skills
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Prior Pizza Experience is a Plus

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
