Team Member

We serve elevated comfort food with a twist, from our famous mac & cheese and handcrafted paninis to homemade custard and family-friendly daily specials. Our catering team supports everything from community events to weddings and corporate meals, with the same quality and care we bring to the Eatery every day. We’re growing, we’re rooted in Cedarburg, and we’re building a workplace where every team member has ownership, input, and room to grow.

Job description

At Out & Out, the title Team Member actually means something. We’re an employee-owned eatery where everyone learns every part of the operation—from cashiering and running food to cooking, prepping, and supporting catering. We don’t box people into one role. We teach the whole restaurant so every shift feels connected, collaborative, and consistent.

What makes this role special is how many different types of people succeed here. Students, parents, career changers, seasoned restaurant pros, first-time workers—anyone who enjoys teamwork, likes staying busy, and takes pride in doing things the right way can thrive. If you show up ready to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

You’ll also be part of a place with roots in Cedarburg and a reputation for great food, warm service, and community involvement. Joining Out & Out means contributing to a legacy our guests know and love, and being part of a workplace built on respect, shared ownership, and genuine teamwork.

Salary: $9-13/hr
