New campaigns are starting in Leeds, and we need confident, sociable people to help run the customer side of them.

We work with brands and service providers across different sectors, delivering customer acquisition, promotional and marketing campaigns. As briefs change, you’ll meet new audiences, learn about different services and build genuine customer service experience.

What the role looks like

Each day starts with a quick client and campaign briefing. From there, you’ll speak with customers, answer questions, explain products or services and help people through registrations or next steps. You’ll also share feedback with the team and work towards clear campaign goals.

The important details

• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Additional shifts: Optional Saturdays
• Pay: From £15.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses
• Start date: Immediate
• Training: Full entry-level campaign and customer service training

You might come from retail, hospitality, promotions or another customer-focused role or simply be ready to build your skills in a more interactive environment. We’re looking for someone friendly, switched on, reliable and comfortable speaking with different people.

You’ll receive regular coaching, exposure to varied client campaigns and opportunities to move into senior customer service or campaign leadership positions.
