We’re growing our Manchester team and looking for an enthusiastic Team Member to join us. You’ll gain practical experience across direct customer acquisition, floor promotions, sales presentation, and brand activation while developing the professional skills needed for your next career move.

No previous sales or customer-facing experience is required. We’ll provide the training, coaching, and support, you bring the curiosity and ambition.

Get Involved From Day One

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Support active promotional pop-ups, brand displays, and customer acquisition campaigns across Manchester
• Interact face-to-face with prospective buyers to present client offerings and drive account sign-ups
• Assist with site setup, interactive displays, and brand presentation standards
• Help gather customer feedback and track live sales conversion insights
• Support daily team briefings, target setting, and pitch strategy workshops
• Contribute creative ideas and learn practical direct sales tactics
• Develop high-value communication, negotiation, and commercial skills

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a specific sales background. You might be a great fit if you’re:

• Curious about direct marketing, consumer sales, and business growth
• Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting face-to-face with diverse audiences
• Target-driven, proactive, and willing to share ideas during team huddles
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on your feet during active shifts
• Motivated to learn customer acquisition strategies and build an entry-level career

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, promotions, or administrative support is helpful but not essential.What You'll Receive
