Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing grievances in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct investigations into disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment of employees and maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, wellness, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop labor laws compliant solutions for industrial relations issues.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in Employee Relations or related field (IR/ER).
- Strong understanding of labour laws, grievance handling, conflict resolution, disciplinary action procedures.
- Proven track record in developing HR policies that promote employee welfare and engagement.
