Job Description:

As a Team Member, you will play an essential role in providing a friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer experience. You’ll be responsible for taking orders from guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to health and safety regulations. This position is perfect for individuals who are team-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about health-conscious dining. Must be able to work well within and contribute to a strong team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Take and prepare food and drink orders according to company recipes and standards.
• Accurately charge for orders and handle transactions promptly and courteously.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Perform side duties including cleaning, cutting fresh fruit and vegetables, washing dishes, and taking out trash.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the store management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
